Haven Salon has a cancelation policy due to high demand of clientele. We ask that you please give a 48 hour notice to cancel your appointment otherwise you will be charged 50% of the service scheduled. To cancel appointment you must cancel on the website. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment it will be considered a no show & the cancelation policy will go into affect and you will need to reschedule your appointment. No shows will be charged 100% of service scheduled. This policy ensures a respected time frame for cancellations, giving us the time to offer the appointment to another guest. We love your children but due to safety concerns & limited space we kindly ask you to not bring your children to your appointment. Children should only be coming to Haven if they are getting a service done personally. If you are without childcare during the time of your appointment. We ask that you please reschedule in a timely manner to avoid getting charged the cancelation fee.
